Carpenter Foreman

>> Hi. My name's Jernez Sanchez. I'm a carpenter foreman leader over here at [Inaudible], and, well, my duties pretty much, [inaudible], is, like, you know, like, tell people what to do, how we going to build stuff over here, you know. I mean, that's basically what I do, you know, every morning over here. You know, we have a group of carpenters, you know, we have a group of laborers, and then, like, my job every morning, it's, like, just try to get information from my former, and then, like, there's basically how we going to do the job, but, basically, I just deal with carpenters and laborers all here. My day look, like, well, I mean, I start in the morning. You know, like, like I said, you know, just telling people what to do. You know, they prepare the job, you know. I be, like, how we going to do this, and they're, like, and if I find a different ways to do the job easier, and then, like, and as we go, you know, like, always try to find other ways, I mean, ways, you know, to do the job easier and faster, you know. That's pretty much, you know, like, that's what we plan it every morning over here. Well, right now, like, now we doing, we building a new wall, you know, on a bridge, and then, like, that's the two walls on a side, and then, like, we pretty much, we do everything that [inaudible] but now, it's, this moment, you know, we building a new wall, and then it's pretty much what we do right now. I mean, we try to get this job on time, you know. We have a due day, and then try to push a little bit all the people, you know, just to make the company make money, you know.
